Responsibilities

• Advise customers to meet their specific DIY and gardening needs
• Manage stock through ordering, receiving goods, and shelf replenishment
• Ensure high visual quality of assigned aisles through cleaning and merchandising
• Implement promotional displays and product staging
• Maintain accurate product pricing and signage
• Contribute to a smooth and pleasant customer shopping experience

Requirements

• Significant experience in DIY retail (GSB)
• Solid technical knowledge related to hardware and home improvement
• Mastery of sales techniques and customer service excellence
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• High level of rigor and organizational ability
• Ability to work on Saturdays
