Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador by connecting with and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values
• Collaborate with the store team to manage all stages of the sales process, from delivery to checkout
• Contribute to achieving store objectives and winning as a team
• Proactively participate in necessary training to support store operations and personal career growth

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role
• Basic knowledge of retail KPIs
• Strong customer service orientation and sales skills
• Team spirit, resilience, and a proactive learning mindset
• Excellent communication skills
