Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and guide customers to provide complete and personalized solutions including accessories, financing, and loyalty services
• Manage department dynamics by controlling supply, stock quality, and merchandising
• Implement commercial operations and highlight offers to facilitate the customer journey
• Support customers from greeting and advice through to checkout and product collection

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales
• Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills
• Commercial mindset with a drive for results and persuasion
• Ability to work effectively within a collective team environment
