Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide clients through the shopping experience
• Execute sales following brand protocols and identify customer needs to propose looks
• Advise customers on products, combinations, and styles to build loyalty
• Maintain brand visual identity through visual merchandising and window display management
• Ensure store quality including order, cleanliness, and product presentation
• Manage merchandise including receiving deliveries, stock optimization, and inventory preparation
• Monitor stock levels and prevent losses

Requirements

• Initial experience in retail, preferably in fashion
• Passion for the fashion sector and results-oriented
• Dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented personality
• Ability to work in a team and maintain high quality standards
• Availability to work 30 hours per week in Barcelona
