Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a unique shopping experience
• Advise customers on products through deep knowledge of the collection
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and earning commissions
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and motivating work environment
• Assist with merchandise replenishment and visual merchandising tasks
• Keep the store organized, clean, and attractive for customers

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Bachillerato terminado)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Availability to work rotating shifts
• Passion for sales and customer service
• Proactive, extroverted, and friendly personality
• Good professional presentation
• Ability to work effectively in a team
