About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect new customers and manage the documentation required for credit approval processes.
- Manage sales orders, including receiving purchase orders and coordinating with billing departments.
- Execute portfolio recovery and collection management to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain constant communication with prospects regarding the status of their credit applications.
- Promote product portfolios and value offers to existing and potential clients.
- Handle cash management tasks, including bank deposits and documentation of collections.
- Comply with company safety codes, ethics, and information security policies.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of general sales experience.
- 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Proven experience in portfolio management and client relationship management.
- Proficiency with tools such as SAP, JDE, or Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and cash management.
- Strong focus on results, problem-solving, and conflict management.
