Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and manage the documentation required for credit approval processes.
• Manage sales orders, including receiving purchase orders and coordinating with billing departments.
• Execute portfolio recovery and collection management to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain constant communication with prospects regarding the status of their credit applications.
• Promote product portfolios and value offers to existing and potential clients.
• Handle cash management tasks, including bank deposits and documentation of collections.
• Comply with company safety codes, ethics, and information security policies.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of general sales experience.
• 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Proven experience in portfolio management and client relationship management.
• Proficiency with tools such as SAP, JDE, or Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and cash management.
• Strong focus on results, problem-solving, and conflict management.
