Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service at the point of sale, advising clients on various courier products, services, and costs.
• Document, invoice, and sell shipping guides using the electronic system (SCI) by accurately capturing sender and recipient information.
• Verify package contents to ensure no prohibited materials are included and confirm that items are correctly packaged for safe handling.
• Assist customers with shipment tracking inquiries via the intranet and provide guidance on procedures during service contingencies.
• Prepare sales, invoicing, and shipping guide reports as requested to monitor point-of-sale operations.
• Perform cash handling duties, including register reconciliation, cash deposits, and managing Panamericano deposits.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachillerato) or completed technical degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct customer service and counter sales.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in courier and parcel services.
• Proficiency in PC usage and administrative data entry.
• Experience with cash handling, register balancing (arqueos), and sales processes.
• Availability to cover different points of sale as needed within the region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree (completed or in progress) in Administration or Marketing.
