About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise customers at the point of sale regarding Estafeta's shipping services and requirements.
- Sell services to customers without existing shipping guides and process services that have guides.
- Manage cash transactions and perform bank deposits within 48 hours.
- Handle the delivery of "Ocurre" services and manage returns for items held longer than 7 days.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the point of sale.
- Perform inventory control and analyze KPIs.
- Adhere to all company processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Completed high school education (Preparatoria).
- Experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office.
- Experience in cash handling and management.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
