Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and advisory regarding Estafeta's shipping services and conditions
• Manage merchandise, including the organization, movement, and safeguarding of packages
• Execute the sale and collection of payments for Estafeta services
• Ensure successful delivery of packages to customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or completed technical degree
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Full availability to work scheduled shifts
• Ability to move between local branches within the area (Required)
