Responsibilities

• Provide direct customer service at the point of sale, offering information on messaging services, products, and costs.
• Document, invoice, and generate shipping guides using the electronic system (SCI) based on customer needs.
• Verify package contents to ensure they are correctly packed and do not contain prohibited materials.
• Assist customers with shipment tracking and provide information regarding service contingencies.
• Prepare sales, invoicing, and shipping guide reports as requested by management.
• Perform cash handling duties, including register reconciliation, deposits, and Panamericano procedures.

Requirements

• Completed High School (Bachillerato) or technical career.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct customer service and counter sales.
• Proven experience in courier, parcel, or messaging services.
• Proficiency in PC usage and administrative data entry.
• Experience with cash handling and register reconciliation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree (completed or in progress) in Administration or Marketing.
