Responsibilities

• Advise customers at the point of sale regarding service options, products, and costs to ensure optimal shipping solutions.
• Sell Estafeta services to customers without existing shipping guides and document transactions through the point-of-sale system.
• Process shipments with existing guides by validating packaging, content, and documentation requirements.
• Manage "Ocurre" services by verifying official identification to ensure correct delivery to recipients.
• Handle cash transactions, including collection, safeguarding, and bank deposits.
• Manage the return of shipments held at the point of sale for more than 10 days by generating return guides.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria) or Technical Degree (Carrera Técnica).
• 1 year of experience in direct sales, counter sales, or customer service.
• Proven experience in cash handling and managing bank terminals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office for administrative processes and data entry.
