Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to all clients.
• Handle invoicing and create shipping guides based on the client's destination, service, or product needs.
• Verify package contents with customers to ensure no prohibited materials are included.
• Inspect packaging to ensure items are correctly secured to prevent issues during handling.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma (Bachillerato General).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and LibreOffice.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm) and Saturdays (9:00 am to 1:00 pm).
