Responsibilities

• Advise customers at the point of sale regarding service options, products, and costs.
• Sell Estafeta services to customers who do not have a pre-existing shipping guide.
• Process shipments with existing guides, validating packaging, content, and documentation to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Manage cash transactions and handle sales revenue.
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry and file management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Technical Degree.
• 1 year of experience in direct sales, counter sales, or customer service.
• Proven experience in cash handling and operating bank terminals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office for administrative processes and information capture.
