About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise customers at the point of sale regarding Estafeta's service modalities and shipping requirements.
- Sell Estafeta services to customers who do not have a pre-existing shipping guide.
- Process and issue services for customers who provide an Estafeta guide.
- Manage the delivery of "Ocurre" services.
- Handle cash and financial transactions related to service sales.
- Manage the return of services held at the point of sale for more than 5 days.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
- High school diploma or technical degree.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
