Responsibilities

• Provide direct customer service by demonstrating commercial skills and creating an exceptional shopping experience.
• Maintain optimal department conditions, ensuring order, cleanliness, and brand image standards are met.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and observation to provide expert product advice.
• Monitor and document key sales indicators, including conversion rates, average ticket, and items per ticket.
• Promote and sell the full portfolio of services and solutions offered by El Palacio de Hierro.
• Ensure the correct execution of promotions, campaigns, and sales displays at the point of sale.
• Manage price updates on the sales floor and coordinate with relevant departments for maintenance or loss prevention needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria) or Technical Degree (Carrera Técnica).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales.
• Proven knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
• Basic English language skills.
