Responsibilities

• Provide direct customer service by demonstrating commercial skills and creating an exceptional shopping experience.
• Maintain optimal department conditions, ensuring marketing, order, cleanliness, and brand presence meet company standards.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and observation to provide expert product advice.
• Monitor and document key sales indicators, including conversion rates, average ticket, and items per ticket.
• Promote and sell the full portfolio of services and solutions offered by El Palacio de Hierro.
• Ensure the correct execution and display of promotions, campaigns, and sales, including timely price updates on the sales floor.
• Resolve customer complaints within your authority or escalate them to the appropriate supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria) or Technical Degree (Carrera Técnica).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service excellence.
• Basic English language skills.
