About the role

Responsibilities

  • Wash, vacuum, clean, and polish customer and courtesy vehicles using approved materials
  • Clean upholstery, carpets, and steam clean engines/compartments when requested
  • Ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard for customer collection
  • Report accidents, incidents, or damage to the Bodyshop Manager and reception team
  • Adhere to all Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations
  • Complete necessary paperwork including fuel and drivers logs

Requirements

  • Full driving license with correct classification
  • Experience in logistics or vehicle appraisal
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
