Vehicle Test Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute road tests on DEMO units following defined protocols regarding load, route, consumption, and dynamic performance.
• Document technical results and operational perceptions in commercial-technical reports.
• Validate units technically before commercial release to ensure deliveries are free of critical observations.
• Accompany clients during test drives, resolving technical doubts in real-time and documenting relevant incidents.
• Act as a liaison between the client and the commercial team to prevent unnecessary escalations to aftersales.
• Consolidate monthly field test results, including performance, consumption, and client objections.
• Propose improvements or commercial messaging in collaboration with the international team based on field analysis.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial or aftersales areas within the automotive sector.
• General technical knowledge of vehicle operation and mechanics.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and in a customer-oriented manner.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in report writing.
• Availability for field work and travel.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with corporate clients.
