Vehicle Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform brake component installation and repair on various prototype vehicles
• Assist engineers during the installation and transfer of test measurement equipment
• Support customer vehicle demonstrations as required
• Interface and communicate with both internal and external customers on technical matters
• Maintain engineering procedures to achieve cost, reliability, and manufacturing objectives
• Assist with facility maintenance and procurement of winter test supplies on a limited basis

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license (CDL preferred)
• Solid knowledge and understanding of vehicle brake systems
• Basic computer and vehicle instrumentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Automotive Technology
• Relevant Automotive Certifications
