About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer fleet technical support
- Answer the Technical Support Line and resolve customer problems
- Manage tier 1 support on the web portal
- Develop and refine issue tracking systems and processes
- Track and automate reports on customer service success metrics
- Contribute to the creation of FAQs for customer support
- Assist with the service parts fulfillment process
- Train team members on internal tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- Experience in automotive repair
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Factory training programs through OEMs
- Understanding of vehicle systems and their interactions
