Vehicle Servicing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify California and out-of-state DMV documentation to secure vehicle and vessel titles used as collateral
• Research and process pending titles to ensure the credit union's interest is properly secured
• Validate supporting DMV documentation prior to loan processing to prevent fraud and ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare and submit appropriate title documentation and follow up on pending items
• Complete weekly and monthly departmental reports, including random audits for risk management
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and policies to increase productivity and enhance member experience
• Provide high-quality service and support to members and internal/external business partners

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related work experience (or 2 years of customer service/clerical work for Associate level)
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, including calculating fees and balancing reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work Saturdays as required by the schedule
