Vehicle Safety Operator

Responsibilities

• Test vehicles across Germany as part of a diverse operations team
• Monitor artificial intelligence and respond to hazards to ensure safe testing
• Evaluate AI performance and provide expert feedback to research and engineering teams
• Provide real-world driving examples to train AI models
• Maintain high safety standards and report vehicle or safety issues

Requirements

• Full clean German driving licence
• At least 5 years of driving experience, primarily in Germany
• No blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years
• Fluency in English and German
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends (06:30-15:00 or 14:30-23:00)
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in vehicle testing or AV environments
• Knowledge of autonomous systems or AV technology
• T1 and T2 Bertha certification
• Customer-facing or hospitality experience
