Vehicle Quality Controller

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect all vehicles in line with provided job cards
• Identify quality issues and liaise with the workshop controller to ensure timely re-work
• Complete all quality control documentation to AAR standards
• Meet bodyshop targets, e.g., 10 vehicles per day
• Adhere to BS10125 standards
• Coordinate with site reception to return vehicles within agreed SLAs
• Maintain Health & Safety awareness and lead by example

Requirements

• Experience in vehicle quality control or a bodyshop environment
• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and meet daily targets
• Knowledge of BS10125 and AAR quality standards
• Awareness of Health & Safety requirements
