About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily parts coordination of internal and stock deliveries
- Update parts ordering system
- Check delivered parts against lists for accuracy, quantity, and quality
- Ensure all department documentation is completed and delivered on time
- Carry out monthly stock checks and reconcile with invoices
- Monitor and control parts department resources
- Communicate potential order delays to Workshop Controller and reception
- Input delivery information into the management system and pass paperwork to accounts
Requirements
- Full driving license with correct classification
- Logistics experience
- Experience in vehicle appraisal
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
