About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily parts coordination of internal and stock deliveries
  • Update parts ordering system
  • Check delivered parts against lists for accuracy, quantity, and quality
  • Ensure all department documentation is completed and delivered on time
  • Carry out monthly stock checks and reconcile with invoices
  • Monitor and control parts department resources
  • Communicate potential order delays to Workshop Controller and reception
  • Input delivery information into the management system and pass paperwork to accounts

Requirements

  • Full driving license with correct classification
  • Logistics experience
  • Experience in vehicle appraisal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
