Vehicle Paint Sprayer

Responsibilities

• Painting and prepping of motor vehicles of all types
• Ensure customer satisfaction in the repair and painting process
• Carry out work in a safe and economical manner
• Observe, recognise and report on vehicle structure and paintwork
• Interpret and implement technical instruction data
• Accurately use paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment
• Ensure vehicles comply with safety standards or report faults on job cards
• Attain manufacturers' and/or estimated repair/paint times
• Report all faults and defects noticed while working on vehicles

Requirements

• ATA / NVQ level 3
• Relevant industry experience as a repair technician
• Good communication skills
• Decision making and problem solving skills
• Health and Safety knowledge and awareness
• Strong time management skills
