Vehicle Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in line with approved procedures and local authority requirements
• Inspect key vehicle systems including brakes, steering, suspension, tires, lighting, chassis/body, engine, and emissions-related items
• Identify defects, non-conformities and safety issues, and record findings accurately in inspection reports
• Verify vehicle identity and condition through visual and mechanical checks
• Support pass/fail decisions based on inspection criteria
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and operational procedures

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in vehicle inspection, automotive workshop operations, diagnostics, or roadworthiness testing
• Valid UAE driving license
• Knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostic tools, and defect classification
• Exposure to UAE or local inspection authorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
