Vehicle Coordinator/Office Clerk

Responsibilities

• Act as a host for customers, ensuring a seamless and professional service process
• Conduct vehicle handovers using digital handover protocols
• Prepare vehicles for detailing and ensure smooth operational workflows
• Perform quality control checks on customer vehicles to support vehicle evaluators
• Handle general administrative tasks and serve as a point of contact for other departments

Requirements

• Experience in fleet management, hospitality, retail, or similar service-oriented roles
• Structured, independent, and coordinated working style
• Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation
• Ability to work well in a team and handle high-pressure situations
• Fluency in German
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Valid Class B driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in sales, purchasing, or automotive services
