Veeva Clinical Software Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for managing technology assets, ensuring they are reliable, accessible, and secure
• Mentor a group of Veeva Developers in Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Platform domains
• Lead operational activities including maintenance, break-fix releases, security assessments, and incident response
• Manage the build and run of technology assets to ensure timely delivery of Veeva Vault and Project releases
• Collaborate with the Veeva Cloud team to maintain deep knowledge of the Veeva Vault platform
• Partner with IT Business Partners and Subject Matter Experts to define, prioritize, and deliver system value
• Design technical solutions that satisfy complex business requirements

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant discipline
• 5+ years of experience with validated Computer System Validation (CSV)
• 3+ years of experience with Veeva Vault (Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, or Platform)
• Veeva White Belt certification
• Strong knowledge of GMP, Quality, and Regulatory management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a matrix organizational setup
• Proven leadership experience managing developers and testers
• Ability to articulate and present complex technical information to stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with Veeva Associate Administrator Level certification
