About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical and operational support for Veeva applications, including Veeva CRM, Vault, Network, and Vault CRM
  • Resolve escalated incidents and service requests within the ticketing system
  • Perform root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution of technical and operational issues
  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication
  • Document solutions, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to drive system improvements

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of CRM experience, including 2-3 years specifically with Veeva CRM
  • Veeva CRM Certification is required
  • Proven experience with Veeva CRM configuration, including custom objects, layouts, reports, and CLM
  • Strong understanding of Life Sciences and pharmaceutical sales processes
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Service Cloud
  • Familiarity with data migration and troubleshooting data-related issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Veeva Vault Certification
  • Experience supporting Veeva Vault and Network
  • Knowledge of document management systems and Vault lifecycle configurations
  • Salesforce Developer Certification
