About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical and operational support for Veeva applications, including Veeva CRM, Vault, Network, and Vault CRM
  • Resolve escalated incidents and service requests through the ticketing system
  • Perform root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Manage customer expectations and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication
  • Document solutions, processes, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for system improvements and issue resolution
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimization
  • Stay updated on Veeva product releases and industry best practices

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of CRM experience, with at least 1+ years specifically in Veeva CRM
  • Veeva CRM Certification is required
  • Strong understanding of Life Sciences (Pharma) sales processes
  • Experience with Veeva CRM configuration, custom objects, layouts, reports, and CLM
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Service Cloud
  • Experience with data migration and troubleshooting data-related issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Veeva Vault Certification
  • Experience supporting Veeva Vault and Network
  • Salesforce Developer Certification
  • Knowledge of document management and Vault lifecycle configurations
