Veeder Root Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for the Veeder Root system across all company locations
• Navigate FSM to edit and correct interface errors, distribution errors, and ECT
• Analyze and resolve hardware and software problems to ensure continuous fueling operations
• Monitor system alerts and troubleshoot issues at the store level
• Process first-level phone calls and support tickets to timely resolution
• Assist stores with the installation of new hardware once replacements are received
• Document and escalate technical issues as necessary
• Monitor email requests for service and support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Operating Systems
• Basic knowledge of various computer software programs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle long periods of sitting or standing in an office environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Help Desk environment
