VDC Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction of BIM activities, including implementation, integration, development, and maintenance.
• Create and manage standard operating procedures and processes for digital delivery.
• Supervise BIM specialists and mentor team members to embed model-based workflows with field teams and trade partners.
• Set standards and manage digital delivery on active jobs.
• Coordinate efforts with project managers, outside design firms, and client representatives to authorize data access and resolve potential liabilities.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant curriculum.
• 10 years of experience in digital technology, including VDC or BIM management in construction.
• 2 years of leadership experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction VDC/BIM environments.
• Experience developing project VDC execution plans.
• Proven ability to coordinate models for constructability, temporary works, logistics, and safety planning.
• Expertise in driving clash detection and issue resolution with clear ownership.
• Experience converting coordinated models into actionable field deliverables.
• Experience with mega projects in sectors such as sports, aviation, higher education, or convention centers.
