Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport passengers along designated RamRide and RamSafe routes
• Welcome and greet passengers in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist passengers during loading and unloading
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Maintain travel logs and fuel records
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams

Requirements

• Valid CDL Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brake Endorsement
• Valid DOT medical card
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of passenger driving experience
• Ability to attend routine compliance and customer service training
