Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Group information security strategy, ensuring security architecture and technology decisions are embedded across all entities
• Own the enterprise risk posture end-to-end, identifying and resolving risk across people, process, and technology
• Lead and stabilise the existing InfoSec team through significant organisational change to build a high-performance security culture
• Set technical direction on security architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and operational environments
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders and board-level executives to translate complex risk into actionable direction
• Drive the maturation of the InfoSec function by establishing frameworks, standards, and controls for scalable security

Requirements

• Proven experience at CISO level or equivalent with ownership of an InfoSec function in a complex, multi-entity environment
• Demonstrated technical depth in security architecture, infrastructure, and operational security
• Experience leading teams through significant organisational change or greenfield builds in high-stakes environments
• Background in defence, national security, or critical infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating at Group or enterprise level across multiple entities with varying maturity levels
• Exposure to board-level security governance and executive stakeholder management
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
• Regional experience within the GCC or broader Middle East defence and security landscape
