VBA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand automation requirements
• Formulate effective solutions aligned with business goals
• Evaluate tech stacks against requirements to measure cost and time savings
• Report on automation benefits, including productivity improvements
• Test and debug automated processes for accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain and update automation scripts and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years of professional working experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Tech stack (Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, Copilot)
• Experience creating Excel Macros for automation and scripts for Web Scraping
• Proficiency in Python and VBA
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to conduct R&D to identify optimal tech stacks
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and technologies
• Awareness of automation trends and solution design
• Understanding of the US Pharma landscape
