Vault/Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Fulfill card orders and prioritize special order ticket requests
• Perform quality checks to confirm production quantities and batch accuracy
• Match batch tickets on screen to orders and balance sleeve and bulk inventory
• Use basic math to verify counts and ensure order correctness
• Respond to equipment alert messages to resolve errors
• Operate a forklift safely at elevated heights following onsite training and certification

Requirements

• Experience using a computer for data entry
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to perform basic math for order picking
• Ability to stand for 95% of a shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
• Physical ability to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often
• Flexibility to work assigned rotating shifts and required overtime, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work/military experience
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
• 1 year of experience operating production machines
