VAS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end responsibility for providing 5-star rated, ready-to-use services through Amazon Managed Supply
• Identify defects that lead to poor customer service experiences and design metrics to capture them
• Perform root cause analysis on service defects and design inputs to address underlying issues
• Publish corrective action plans with service partners based on performance insights and prioritization
• Create playbooks to trigger workflows that safeguard performance and implement long-term fixes
• Partner with Service Providers, category teams, and Operations to identify and alleviate fulfillment gaps

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of stakeholder or account management experience
• 1+ years of professional work experience in a fast-paced environment
