Varsity Girls Volleyball Assistant Coach

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Coach in all aspects of the highly competitive Varsity Girls Volleyball program
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including practice planning and training sessions
• Help with athlete management and game-day operations
• Uphold and promote the mission and philosophy of King School and the Athletic Department
• Adhere to rules set forth by the Fairchester Athletic Association and the New England Prep School Athletic Council

Requirements

• High School or College Volleyball coaching experience
• High School or College Volleyball playing experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate constructively with both adults and children in a positive spirit
