About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical risk assessments of participants at baseline and follow-up assessments
- Administer the C-SSRS to participants and provide supportive safety planning and clinical risk management
- Perform research chart documentation and attend required study meetings
- Manage and collect data for a complex, multi-site longitudinal clinical trial
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
- Clinical experience working with adolescents
- Experience conducting suicide risk assessments
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle stressful clinical situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health field (e.g., psychology, social work, or mental health counseling)
- 1-2 years of experience conducting assessments for adolescents with mood and anxiety disorders
- 1 year of clinical experience in a crisis setting
