Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and service to residents based on their wishes and assistance decisions
• Perform personal hygiene tasks
• Assist with meal preparation and serving
• Respond to alarms
• Facilitate social interaction through conversation, games, music, or outdoor activities
• Work across both somatic and dementia units

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Proficiency with technical aids
• Availability to work at least 3-4 times per month
• Willingness to work in both somatic and dementia departments
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Unopened extract from the police criminal record

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care
• Previous experience in dementia care
