Vårdbiträde

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care according to operational routines based on individual needs and wishes
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, cleaning, and laundry as needed
• Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts including guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehab staff
• Create a safe, warm, and stimulating environment for residents
• Contribute to social activities to enhance the daily lives of the elderly

Requirements

• Vårdbiträde education (at least 800p)
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work days, evenings, and every other weekend

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in elderly care or home care
• Experience with delegation
