Van Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver and pick up hospital equipment and supplies using a ¾ ton pick-up truck
• Manage inventory by performing rotation checks, ordering supplies through SAP, and ensuring stock is up to date
• Maintain clean and organized storerooms and vehicle equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, such as monitoring oil and fuel levels
• Ensure high levels of customer service by delivering orders on time and maintaining professional relations with medical facilities
• Adhere to all federal and state DOT regulations and company compliance programs
• Handle physical tasks including loading/unloading freight and moving medical machines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Current driver's license in good standing with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to perform heavy physical work, including lifting and carrying 25-50 pounds repeatedly
• Familiarity with TMS software and vendor management systems
• Excellent communication skills
