About the role
Responsibilities
- Assemble braking system components
- Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line
- Maintain production documentation
- Perform testing and packaging of products
- Meet established quality and quantity production targets
Requirements
- Availability to work in a 3-shift system
- Fluency in the Polish language (both spoken and written)
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- High level of accuracy, independence, and responsibility
- Willingness to learn and openness to change
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar assembly or production role
