Values & Culture Transformation, Director

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise culture transformation strategy to align with Micron’s vision and AI-driven reinvention.
• Translate culture priorities into clear leadership behaviors, mentalities, and measurable outcomes.
• Design and deploy targeted talent solutions, including workshops, learning journeys, and toolkits, to bring culture to life across regions and functions.
• Lead the people and culture dimensions of AI transformation, moving leaders and teams from awareness to advocacy.
• Partner with senior executives (VP+) to shape demand for culture initiatives and provide strategic advisory.
• Define and supervise culture and behavior metrics, including engagement, sentiment, and adoption of new ways of working.
• Champion psychological safety and a speak-up culture as core enablers of innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field preferred.
• 12–15+ years of experience in organizational development, culture transformation, or enterprise change.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts through influence rather than formal authority.
• Deep expertise in enterprise change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).
• Strong instructional design expertise with the ability to craft end-to-end behavior change experiences.
• High AI and digital fluency, including the practical application of AI tools to accelerate organizational design and content creation.
