About the role
Responsibilities
- Design the Values Certification process to determine how risk assessment is conducted
- Administer and execute the certification process to ensure consistent development and implementation
- Participate in institutional investigations to provide pertinent information and findings
- Train employees on values and security topics to ensure compliance with certification criteria
- Design activities to promote and cultivate desired company values
- Propose and manage the operational budget required for the department
Requirements
- Completed degree in Administration or Psychology
- Proficiency in REID and Forensic interview techniques
- Experience in the application and interpretation of psychometric testing
- Experience in recruitment, selection, or trust control (Control de Confianza)
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
