Responsibilities
- Participate in valuation projects and deliver accurate reports
- Perform thorough due diligence on property details
- Conduct site visits and collect data for preparation of valuation and advisory reports
- Prepare financial feasibility analysis and valuation reports
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- University degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management, or related disciplines
- 1+ years of real estate related work experience (Fresh Graduates considered)
- Solid knowledge of real estate markets, valuation methodologies, and industry regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in MS Excel
- Good command of English, Cantonese, or Mandarin
