Value Stream Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage production and technical support functions in the landing gear department to meet target performance goals
• Lead, plan, and administer all phases of production activities, ensuring repair and overhaul work meets contracted turnaround times
• Maintain accountability for Business Unit P&L, including budget management, cost reduction, and profitability targets
• Drive a continuous improvement culture by deploying CORE management system principles and Lean improvements
• Supervise Operations and Product Support Engineering teams, focusing on employee engagement and professional development
• Serve as a key liaison between customers and the repair station to resolve critical issues and manage customer experience
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, environmental health, and export control standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 5-10 years of maintenance experience in Civil or Military Aviation
• Proven experience in Landing Gear MRO operations
• Experience in finance, program management, and MRO commercial practices
• Strong knowledge of Lean enterprise or Six Sigma methodologies
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage teams in a dynamic environment
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SAP
