Value Stream Manager CNC

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, maintenance, and programming of computerized machines.
• Write complex machine code and determine machining methods, work sequences, and tooling selection.
• Analyze manufacturing process problems to determine root causes and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Perform machine setup and programming for production parts, making adjustments to ensure conformance to drawings and requirements.
• Maintain detailed machine records, including tooling requirements and setup procedures.
• Estimate setup and machining times, tooling costs, and other related expenses.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and manually adjust machine controls to correct issues.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvement ideas to optimize production.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in CNC programming or machining.
• Proven expertise in writing complex machine code.
• Strong ability in determining machining methods and work sequences.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and troubleshooting manufacturing processes.
• Extensive experience in machine setup and programming for production environments.
