Value Stream Lead

Responsibilities

• Accountable for line performance in SQCDSM parameters using HPWS and IL6S methodologies
• Drive actions to reduce manufacturing conversion costs through strong business acumen
• Lead line-level PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) to drive loss eradication and people capability building
• Ensure zero-mindset culture in Quality and Safety, including risk assessment and behavioral safety
• Manage line budgets and prepare cost analysis for yield, DVE, and DVL
• Oversee process and equipment reliability to achieve production volume commitments
• Lead VSU teams for capacity expansion, recipe changes, and new product development (NPD)
• Mentor and coach shop floor teams to develop self-managed, high-performing capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EE, ME, IE, Electronics, or Food Technology)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chocolate manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in IL6S or TPM methodologies
• Strong skills in budgeting, cost analysis, and strategic resource allocation
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HS&E, and QCMS
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership and stakeholder management
