Value Realization Office (VRO) Lead - Supply Chain Advisory (Senior Consultant)

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize value realization strategies that connect Target Operating Model (TOM) design to measurable business outcomes.
• Translate transformation initiatives into clear value drivers across cost optimization, working capital, and service performance.
• Develop end-to-end business cases using advanced analytics and GenAI-supported forecasting techniques.
• Establish value measurement frameworks, including KPIs, baselines, targets, and calculation logic.
• Design and implement value governance models, including stage gates and prioritization frameworks.
• Lead the development of value tracking mechanisms, such as dashboards and KPI architectures, integrating AI-enabled automation.
• Align value realization with transformation roadmaps to ensure linkage between initiatives and financial outcomes.
• Transition clients to sustainable run-state Value Realization Offices by integrating Finance, PMO, and digital tools.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of consulting or advisory experience in supply chain, operations, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience building business cases, value frameworks, or financial models for large-scale initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data or AI-driven insights.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI applications in supply chain, finance, or performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior client leaders.
• Ability to structure and deliver workstreams independently in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PMO/VRO structures or transformation governance models.
• Exposure to digital supply chain capabilities such as planning, logistics, procurement, or manufacturing.
• Experience designing dashboards, KPI frameworks, or performance tracking tools.
• Advanced degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
